This privacy policy applies to the "Deudores" app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Bruno Rodolfo Camacho Espinoza (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"). The Application is provided as a Freemium service. This service is provided "AS IS."
The Application collects information that you provide when you download and register the Application. Registration with the Service Provider is not mandatory. However, some features of the Application may not be available unless you register.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important information, required notices, or marketing promotions.
The Application may also collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device’s unique device ID, your IP address, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about how you use the Application.
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
All data entered by the user is stored locally on the device and is not transmitted to any server, except for crash data and analytics as explained below.
The Application has a subscription option called Deudores Pro, which grants users additional features such as advanced graphs and the removal of ads. Even if the user subscribes to Deudores Pro, certain data may still be collected, such as crash reports and page views within the app, to improve the user experience and monitor the app's performance.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application and the service. The Service Provider may share your information with third parties in the ways described in this privacy statement.
The Application uses third-party services that have their own Privacy Policies regarding the handling of data. Below are the links to the privacy policies of the third-party service providers used by the Application:
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling the Application. You can use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Automatically Collected information will be retained for up to 24 months and may thereafter be stored in aggregate. If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at brunoxapps@gmail.com, and the Service Provider will respond within a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required for the Application to function properly.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, they will immediately delete it from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider at brunoxapps@gmail.com so that they can take the necessary actions.
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information processed and maintained. For example, access to this information is limited to authorized employees and contractors who need it to operate, develop, or improve the Application. Please be aware that, although we strive to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you consent to the Service Provider processing your information as described in this Privacy Policy, including any amendments. "Processing" means using cookies on a computer/handheld device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining, and disclosing information.
